Situation:

We assisted a leader in the provision of ship equipment revamp its commercial operations, working alongside its internal team on various projects in the HQs in Piraeus.

Approach:

We have developed an ongoing relationship with the specific client, which has allowed us to understand their operations in depth and gain the trust of their internal teams. We have engaged in the following projects:

  • Liaised with an IT company to revamp our client’s reporting system and increase its capabilities

  • Created a custom-made solution that generated insights on the company’s top clients automatically, which could easily be adapted and updated by the internal teams

  • Worked on implementing tools to improve their operations, such as the use of QR codes and a system that would allow them to go paperless
