Situation:

A world leader in the Beauty industry contracted with us to help them craft the new organisational structure and the Go-to-Market operating model for their entities in the UK and Germany post-merger with one of their largest competitors.

Approach:

We worked alongside the client’s internal teams in their London HQs to help them define what the new organisation would look like. During a 7-month period, we engaged in the following activities:

  • Run workshops with senior teams in core geographics to understand their strategic priorities

  • Took an analytical approach to define the new organisational structure: analysed internal and external data, deployed surveys and conducted store visits to come up with solid recommendations for the future organisation

  • Interviewed experts inside and outside the company to define a new Go-to-Market operating model that fits the priorities of the post-merger organisation

  • Presented the findings to the Management Teams in core geographies, received feedback and iterated our approach accordingly; our final findings were signed off by key Group stakeholders
