Situation:

A leading provider of professionally monitored security solutions wanted to deploy a new Contact Centre technology across the Nordics, which would generate significant efficiency improvements.

Approach:

We joined the client’s team and led the Project Management function within the Nordics Business Improvement team, reporting to the Operations Director. We were engaged in the following activities:

  • Day-to-day Project Management for the instalment of the new technology solution in the contact centres of 4 countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland)

  • Analysis of the risks of the project for Operations and development of action plans to tackle them

  • Leading multi-disciplinary, cross-country teams to accomplish project goals and milestones

  • Holding meetings with the GMs of the Nordic countries and the CIO of the company to present the project’s progress and challenges
