Operations improvement for a leading alarms provider
A leading provider of professionally monitored security solutions wanted to deploy a new Contact Centre technology across the Nordics, which would generate significant efficiency improvements.
We joined the client’s team and led the Project Management function within the Nordics Business Improvement team, reporting to the Operations Director. We were engaged in the following activities:
Day-to-day Project Management for the instalment of the new technology solution in the contact centres of 4 countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland)
Analysis of the risks of the project for Operations and development of action plans to tackle them
Leading multi-disciplinary, cross-country teams to accomplish project goals and milestones
Holding meetings with the GMs of the Nordic countries and the CIO of the company to present the project’s progress and challenges
